Peer-to-Peer Safety Tips

We want SkyCast to be a safe, fun and family-friendly place you to share videos. Here are a few things to keep in mind when you are online:

• Never give out your personal details in comments, videos, forums or messages to other users - this includes your email address, mobile number and details of where you live. It is also best to choose a username that has nothing to do with your real name.
• Never go and meet somebody unless you are accompanied by an adult you trust.
• It is easy to lie online so do not trust strangers! People on the internet are not necessarily who they say they are.
• Do not respond to messages that are bullying, offensive, indecent or intimidating.
• Report anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable or worried by emailing us at contactus@skycast.com
• Always keep your password secret.
